Brewmaster John Pinkerton provides a guided tour of critical analysis methods. You'll learn how to get the most from every beer you taste, using your senses and plenty of samples as a guide. Moon River introduces a monthly series focused on beer education for any knowledge level, from beginner to intermediate and above. Learn about topics ranging from the science behind brewing to the ingredients in beer, all the way to barrel aging! Each month we will focus on one aspect of beer and explore it in depth, including plenty of samples. Ask questions and discuss brewing with one or more of our resident beer experts!
