Speaking Topic: Setting a Strong Foundation for Every Project Sometimes project managers move far too quickly into the project without doing the required groundwork first. This session will highlight the critical three steps that we should all go through at the front end of every project: ask the right questions before you commit, get the requirements right, and find your people. Miss one of these and you could be in a great deal of trouble.
