On behalf of my research group, I would like to offer you a presentation on “Project Manager Skills for Success” for one of your chapter meetings. This presentation would present the skills and abilities and personal characteristics a project manager should have to be successful in managing their project.
Mike Cuellar is a Professor of Information Systems with the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at Georgia Southern University. He has been a member of PMI for 2008 and holds a PMP certification. He is the former VP of Education for the PMI Savannah chapter. Prior to academia, Mike amassed 25 years of industry experience at EDS and Computer Sciences (now DXC Technology), Lockheed and American Software, serving in roles from programmer to project manager to engagement manager. He has worked with government agencies (federal and local), manufacturing companies, and high technology companies such as NASA, Medicare, Apple, Maxtor, GM and Ask Computer. Mike brings this wide experience to address the impacts of technology on business and society. |
