Effectively Facilitating Hybrid Virtual/In Person Meetings

Come find out some of the most important rules and tools to follow during your hybrid meetings, so that no one leaves disappointed or disengaged.

Project Managers have been hosting meetings for decades, and ever since NASA put the man on the moon, our teams have been located all over the world or even the universe, all while working on the same project. Technology has come a long way since then and there are a lot of ways to host meetings with people in-person and virtual at the same time. As Project Managers we have to ensure that we engage everyone in attendance, to ensure we get the feedback needed for our projects. Come find out some of the most important rules and tools to follow during your hybrid meetings, so that no one leaves disappointed or disengaged. You will learn:

  • The checklist for hosting a hybrid meeting
  • Rules of engagement when facilitating a meeting
  • Lessons learned from hybrid meetings that went well or poorly.

Speaker Biography

PaulLovelis TUS

Paul Lovelis has led many software implementation projects from design specifications, and selection, to implementation, and maintenance. He has written and served on many software solicitation selections for both Pima County and Pinal County over the past 16 years. Through his experience, he has learned the importance of identifying requirements early on, and that selecting the right tool can make or break a project. Paul leads several meetings every day, across multiple organizations; without the best platforms, those meetings can become dull and inefficient.
